By accessing this website and/or making a booking with us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Morocco Go Trip if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Booking Procedures and Payments

To secure a tour or service with Morocco Go Trip, the following conditions apply:

• A deposit (typically ranging from 20% to 30% of the total tour cost) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid prior to the tour start date, or in cash (Euros, USD, or Moroccan Dirhams) upon arrival, as agreed in your booking correspondence.
• All prices are quoted in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($) unless otherwise specified.
• Once the deposit is received, we will send an official confirmation and itinerary.

2. Travel Documents and Insurance

It is entirely the responsibility of the traveler to ensure all necessary travel documents are in order:

• Passports & Visas: You must have a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from the entry date) and the required visa for Morocco if your nationality requires one.
• Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure. This insurance should cover medical expenses, personal injury, repatriation, and cancellation. Morocco Go Trip is not liable for costs incurred due to lack of travel insurance.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a guest in Morocco, you are expected to comply with local laws and respect cultural norms and traditions. We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if a client’s behavior is deemed disruptive, illegal, or compromises the safety of our guides, drivers, or other passengers.

4. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to follow all itineraries precisely as described, traveling in Morocco can occasionally be unpredictable. Morocco Go Trip reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our clients.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Morocco Go Trip and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Morocco Go Trip for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from Morocco Go Trip.
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Morocco Go Trip.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material.

6. Limitation of Liability

Morocco Go Trip acts as an agent in contracting transport, accommodation, and other services. We are not liable for any injury, loss, death, delay, or damage to personal property caused by the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, third-party activity operators). We are also not liable for situations arising from Force Majeure.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
