Tour Itinerary Highlights
Days 1 - 2: Arrival & Discovering Marrakech
Upon arrival in Marrakech, you will be welcomed and transferred to your Riad. The next day, enjoy a guided tour exploring the historical palaces, the Koutoubia Mosque, and the bustling souks of the Medina. End your day soaking in the atmosphere of Jemaa el-Fnaa square.
Days 3 - 4: High Atlas, Kasbahs & Gorges
Depart Marrakech, crossing the Tizi n'Tichka pass through the High Atlas Mountains. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Benhaddou, continue to the cinema capital Ouarzazate, and travel through the scenic Valley of Roses towards the towering Todra Gorges.
Days 5 - 6: Merzouga Desert & Camel Trekking
Arrive at the edge of the Sahara. Embark on a camel trek over the majestic Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset. Spend the night at a luxury desert camp enjoying traditional music. The following day is dedicated to exploring the desert surroundings, visiting local Berber nomad families, and experiencing true Sahara hospitality.
Days 7 - 8: Middle Atlas to Fes Medieval Medina
Travel north through the dramatic Ziz Valley, stopping briefly in the cedar forests of Azrou to see the Barbary macaques, and arrive in Fes. Dedicate a full day to unearthing the spiritual and cultural heart of Morocco with a guided walk through the world’s largest car-free urban area, the Fes el Bali.
Days 9 - 10: Roman Ruins & The Blue Pearl (Chefchaouen)
Leave Fes and visit the remarkably preserved Roman ruins of Volubilis and the historical city of Meknes. Continue north to the Rif Mountains to spend peaceful time completely immersed in the charming blue-washed streets and lively squares of Chefchaouen.
Days 11 - 12: Asilah, Rabat & Casablanca
Descend to the Atlantic coast. Stop at the artsy town of Asilah, visit the capital city Rabat (Hassan Tower, Oudaya Kasbah), and arrive in Casablanca. In the morning, marvel at the incredible architecture of the Hassan II Mosque located right on the ocean front.
Days 13 - 14: Relaxing in Essaouira Castles
Travel south along the coast to the fortress town of Essaouira. Enjoy fresh seafood, explore the port, walk along the long sandy beaches, and browse colorful art galleries at your own pace before heading back toward Marrakech on day fourteen.
Day 15: Departure from Marrakech
After breakfast and dependent on your flight schedule, you will be smoothly transferred directly to the Marrakech airport, taking incredible lifelong memories of your grand Moroccan journey home with you.
